Description
The Han Han Jig is a finesse rubber jig from Haruhiko Murakami's Tsunekichi stable - the same designer behind the celebrated Hama Crank and Co Hama Crank platforms - applying the same precision material philosophy to the finesse jig category. Specialised for swimming presentation with spinning tackle, it features a tungsten super compact head for a dense, compact profile that sinks efficiently without sacrificing the delicate action of the hand-tied silicon rubber body, paired with an Owner Extra Sharp hook that needs no modification before fishing. The technique is simple and devastating - shake the rod tip and let it swim through the mid-water column, paired with a 2–3 inch trailer for maximum effectiveness on pressured fish that have already seen conventional presentations. Now discontinued and absent from standard retail channels, the Han Han Jig represents Tsunekichi's finesse philosophy in its most compact and accessible form.
The Andromeda colourway takes its name from the Andromeda Galaxy - a celestial colour designation consistent with Japanese tackle brands naming premium colours after cosmic phenomena, presenting a deep, dark tone with subtle shimmer that evokes the depth and mystery of deep space and performs as a high-contrast, low-visibility finesse colour in pressured clear-water environments.
