Bloodshot is a 100% handcrafted wooden plug for exciting topwater games. Designer Hide Iwasaki poured his feeling and originality of plug design into the Bloodshot Morgue models. Producing credible swimming action, a unique body shape, and amazing figures from reptile skin-like painting works and the special made "Bloodshot Eye." "Making Real Things" is M.A.B.'s philosophy. Distributed through Valley Hill, Japan's specialist boutique tackle house, the Bloodshot Morgue is one of the most distinctive artisan topwater lures ever produced in Japan, presented in a signature black box lined with Bloodshot-stamped burlap cloth, described by Western specialist retailers as carrying "unbelievable quality, design, and production."
The BS-007 colourway renders a reptilian snake skin pattern with extraordinary anatomical precision, a black serpentine head with a vivid yellow-and-black slit-pupil "Bloodshot Eye" transitioning into a yellow-gold and dark olive scale pattern with cream-white belly, imitating the skin of a Japanese snake species in a finish that is hand-painted by Hide Iwasaki himself rather than applied through any production process. Each Bloodshot Morgue is individually crafted and no two examples are identical.
