Description
A small, fat-bodied shallow crankbait, the Feather Crank SD generates a powerful wide wobbling action designed to call fish up from deeper water, driven by a titanium super-thin lip that allows exceptional swimming response for such a compact body. Internal rattles add an acoustic dimension to the lure's shallow, one-foot diving range, while the signature rear feather tail introduces a trailing, breathing movement on the pause that a standard treble cannot replicate. Now discontinued, the Feather Crank SD occupies a distinctive niche in the Bassday lineup as a hybrid shallow crank and finesse trigger bait.
The Tamamushi colourway takes its name from the Japanese jewel beetle, famed for an iridescent, shifting finish that changes colour depending on the angle of light - rendered here as a multi-tonal, shimmering body finish that defies a single fixed colour description, true to the cultural meaning of "Tamamushi Iro."
